Strawberry-Rhubarb Cream Pie

Material :
  • 360 grams sugar
  • 60 grams flour
  • 3/4 ground nutmeg
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 480 grams fresh strawberries
  • 480 grams fresh or frozen rhubarb
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 120 grams flour
  • 60 grams sugar
  • 80 grams butter, softened


How to Make :

  1. Stir together first 4 ingredients
  2. Gently add strawberries and rhubarb. Place mixture in pie shell
  3. Stir together remaining 120 grams flour and 60 grams sugar in a small bowl. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over top of pie
  4. Wrap edges of pie with foil
  5. Bake at 200 Celcius degrees. on the center oven rack for 30 minutes
  6. Remove foil. Bake for 25 minutes
